About Deb Drager
|
|
Still dreaming to further expand her freelance repertoire, Deb became a certified faux artisan in 1992 and added specialty painting to her business. From specialty finishes to custom murals, Deb has coordinated numerous projects with developers, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners in residential and commercial settings. This expansion was also an opportunity to provide training to other artists. In addition to promotion and design services, Artimatrix offers instruction and workshops in applying and achieving distinctive architectural finishes. The evolution of Deb's dream began in Illinois, where she was born and raised. She went to college in Missouri, and there, owned and managed a small design/faux finishing firm. Deb moved to Florida in 1996, where she assisted in marketing campaigns for the highly acclaimed Faux Effects Intl.® paint manufacturer and created murals and decorative finishes. Deb moved back to the heartland in 2002 -Wichita, Kansas, where she, and her business partner, Gene, are running Drager Design Studio. Deb is also the current Creative Director for Faux Effects Intl.®. As an award-winning graphic designer, artist, professional illustrator, and a certified decorative finisher and instructor, Deb has realized her vision to provide complete artistic and creative services to businesses and individuals. With an innate artistic ability to draw, paint, and interpret color,
this award-winning graphic designer enjoys focusing on creating the necessary
tools to define and build businesses. Having more than twenty years of
professional creative experience, and a life-time love of art, Deb is
skilled at developing ideas that captivate the imaginations of target
